Crock Pot Cheese Dip For Large Group
Crumble and brown sausage in a frying pan over medium heat. Break up with wooden spoon and crumble as it browns. Cube the Velveeta and begin melting over low heat in the crock pot. Add Rotel and mix with the Velveeta, only add the juice from one can, drain the other before adding to the pot. Drain the sausage on paper towels before adding to the crock pot. Use Frito Scoops for dipping.
It's possible to use the "Hot" Jimmy Dean sausage or Italian sausage and the "hot" version of Rotel, but using both is overwhelming. Chunky Salsa could also be used,
