A very tasty shrimp dish.
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onions, celery, garlic and jalapeno peppers for 5 minutes. Add the potato starch and mix well.
2. Add the tomatoes, paprika, salt, pepper and Cayenne pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Add the green onions and parsley. Serve on a bed of steamed white rice.
Must watch the time on cooking shrimp. Different size shrimp require a minute more or less depending on their size.
