Bake cake following directions on box. While cake is baking, prep jello using directions on box. Let cake cool for 20mins. Add strawberry soda to the jello. Poke holes into the cake using a fork (Do not poke all the way to the bottom otherwise cake will become soggy). Pour jello into cake holes and set in refrigerator.
Topping:
In a chilled deep bowl blend and whip the instant pudding, milk, and cool whip until stiff. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and immediately frost the cake. Return the cake to the refrigerator for 30mins and serve chilled.
