Cream all the wet ingredients. Then add dry ingredients.
Refrigerate for 1 hour (I wrap the dough in plastic wrap).
You can then roll the dough out and use cookie cutters. Another great way to prepare these is to pour some sugar on a small plate. Make small balls and dip the bottom of a drinking glass in the sugar and smash the ball flat on a cookie sheet.
Bake ~~at; 375 for 8-10 minutes
