Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350
Mix the 2 cans of Enchilada Sauce with flour and the Chicken Broth. Reserve 1 cup of this sauce.
Soak corn "Charras" about 6 at a time in this mixture and layer them like you are making lasagna.
Add cooked and shredded chicken to the sauce mixture and blend with oil, chopped onions, and a small can of chopped green chiles.
Layer Charras on the bottom of a Dutch Oven
Add one layer of Chicken,
One layer of Cheese,
One layer of Charras etc
End with the Charras. Pour the reserved Enchilada Sauce over the Casserole.
Cover everything with Cheese
Cook for 30 mins or until Cheese is Bubbling
