Generously season chicken breasts with jerk seasoning. Top with 1 pad of butter.
Bake chicken for 40 minutes.

PREPARE CRAB TOPPING (This can be done slightly prior to the end of chicken timer):
Very finely chop 1/8 cup red pepper and 1/8 cup onion
Saute pepper and onion in butter.
Add 1Tbs flour, 1/4 cup milk
Heat to boiling and immediately pull from heat
Add 1/4 cup mayo, squirt worcestershire, mustard, salt, pepper, drained crab, old bay. Gently mix.

Top cooked chicken with crab mix. Broil until bubbling and browning. 5 - 10 minutes.
