Slice up beef or deer into 1/8-1/4 inch slices. This should make around 1 dehydrator full.
Add all other ingredients EXCEPT the KC MASTERPIECE DRY SEASONING.
Mix thoroughly until all the meat is evenly coated.
Cover with foil or plastic wrap (not press and seal)
Refrigerate for around 12 hours mixing at least once during that time.
Spray dehydrator racks with a very light coat of cooking spray to help prevent sticking.
Apply meat evenly to racks.
Sprinkle KC masterpiece DRY SEASONING on meat. (I prefer a light coat as others may prefer a moderate coat)
Dehydrate from 4-8 hours depending on meat thickness. Alternate dehydrator racks at least once for even dehydrating
Store in a ziplock bag and keep refrigerated in not eaten within 24 hours.
