Very good served with Ritz Crackers and your choice of cheese. In Memory of Jerry Veal.
Put water and all ingredients, except ground beef, into a large bowl. Mix well. Add ground beef and thoroughly mix. Devide into two equal portions. Shape each portion into a round roll. Wrap each one in a sheet of aluminum foil, shiny side next to meat. Refrigerate 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and poke holes in bottom of foil with a fork. Place on middle oven rack over a pan and bake 90 minutes at 325 degrees. When done, remove from foil and roll gently on paper towles to absorb excess grease. Cool. Refrigerate. Or can be frozen.
Best if refrigerated for 24 hours after cooked to allow for all flavors to come together.
