Add butter to pot, and celery, onion, garlic, and thyme. Brown
Sprinkle with flour, mix, add chicken stock, whisk until no lumps.
Add potatoes, and chives, cook til potatoes are tender
Add light cream, salt and pepper, corn , add shrimp. Heat about 10 minutes or so until shrimp is done and desired temperature has been reacher
Ladle soup in bowl, Top with some bacon. ENJOY
