2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
5 or 6 apples cut in small chunks
Sprinkle 2 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle 5 tbs sugar on apples - set aside
Grease pan and pour 1/2 the batter in pan
layer apples and add remaining apples to batter
cook at 350 for 1 1/2 hours in a tube pan or angle food pan
