Cream butter, sugar and salt till fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and cream well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternatively with sour cream Tint the batter with green food coloring. Pour half of the batter into a bundt pan that has been greased and floured (lightly). Top with half the topping mixture. Pour remaining batter into pan and top with remaining topping mixture. Bake for 45 min. to 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Toothpick should come out clean when done. Tip out of pan onto a wire cooling rack. Once cooled wrap in aluminum foil and keep refrigerated.
