Whisk together lime juice, garlic, and cumin in a large mixing bowl; slowly whisk in oil. Add beans, jicama, tomato, onion, avocado, and cilantro. Toss to combine, season with salt and pepper and serve.
Put over leaf lettuce as the dressing.
