Start rice
Combine 2 Tbl cornstarch, 2 Tbl water & 1/2 teas garlic powder
Cut up chicken & toss in cornstarch mixture
Stir fry chicken in 1 Tbl sesame oil, remove from pan & keep warm in foil
Stir fry veggies in remaining oil, about 5 min
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, 1 Tbl cornstarch & 1/2 c wtr
Return meat to pan
Add soy sauce
Cook for two min
