Heavily grease (or PAM) a 9 x 13 baking pan
Spread croutons on bottom of pan
Cover croutons with shredded cheese
Brown the sausage – then spread on top of cheese
Beat the 1 ½ cups Milk and 4 eggs together and pour into pan
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Mix ½ cup milk and soup together. Spread mixture over top and bake uncovered for 1 ½ hours at 300 degrees. (put a cookie sheet on the rack below to catch potential drips)
