Drain sun dried tomatoes and reserve the oil.
Slice sun dried tomatoes smaller if desired.
In a small bowl, mix together wine, lemon juice, 1T reserved olive oil and Italian seasoning and set aside.
Cook chicken in 1T reserved olive oil until thoroughly cooked.
Add green onions, garlic and mushrooms. Saute for 5 minutes.
Add sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and wine mixture. Cook for 1 minute.
Add red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add cooked pasta. Toss well.
Top with Parmesan cheese
