Lisa Perl’s corn/bean salad
Stir together corn, beans, cilantro, garlic, onions and tomatoes.
Add 1/2 the oil and vinegars. Stir. Add salt pepper and sugar. Add remaining oil and vinegars to produce the desired taste. Chill for at least one hour before serving. Serve with lime flavored tortilla chips.
