Heat oven to 425. Heat medium skillet over medium heat. add 1/3 cup panko and cook for 2 minutes until toasted, stirring frequently.
One piece at a time, dip into egg, dredge in panko. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 3 minutes until cheese is softened.
Heat marinara in microwave.
