Great mexican dish.
Heat oven to 350(F). In skilled, cook beef over medium high heat. Stir in refried beans, salsa and taco seasoning. Reduce heat to medium. Heat to boiling.
In ungreased 2qt casserole, place 2 cup broken chips. Top with beef mixture. Sprinkle with bell pepper, onions, 1 cup tomatoes, and cheese and olives.
Bake 20-30 m9inutes until bubbly. Top with lettuce, remaining tomatoes and tortilla chips.
