Creamy chicken baked to perfection.
Heat oven to 350(F). combine taco seasoning, oil and 1/4 cup of water. Add chicken, toss to coat. Cover & refrigerate at least 5 min (no longer than 12 hrs).
Heat skillet over med-high heat. add chicken, cook 5-10 min.
In 13x9 glass baking dish, mix 1/2 cup salsa and remaining 1/4 cup water. Spread in bottom of dish. In bowl, mix 2 1/2 cup cheese, cilantro, ricotta, chilies and egg. Spoon 1/3 cup mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with chicken,; roll up. Place seam side down over salsa mixture. Drizzle with remaining salsa. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake 20-25 min.
