Panko bread crumbs are the key to this crisp chicken
Heat oven to 450. Coat a baking rack with nonstick spray.
In a shallow dish, whisk together panko, chinese five spice and salt. In medium bowl, whisk together honey, 1 tbsp warm water and lemon juice.
Dip each piece of chicken into honey mixture, shaking off excess. Roll in panko mixture, pressing to adhere. Place on prepared rack.
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Spray with cooking spray and bake an additional 15 minutes until chicken is one.
Serve immediately.
