Heat oven to 375.
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Combine margarine, water and chocolate in saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in flour mixture. Add eggs and sour cream; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 15x10 jelly roll pan.
Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended. Blend in egg. Spoon over chocolate batter. Cut through with knife to achieve marble effect. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
