If you like fish tacos, you can't beat these
In large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Blend egg and beer, then quickly stir into flour mixture (no worries about lumps)
In medium bowl, mix yogurt and mayo. Gradually stir in lime juice until consistency is slightly runny. season with jalapenos, capers, oregano, cumin, dill and cayenne.
Heat oil in deep fryer.
Dust fish with flour. Dip into beer batter, and fry utnil cirsp and golden brown. Drain.
Lightly fry tortillas.
Place fish in tortiall, top with cabbage, and white sauce.
