This is an all time favorite of mine
Cook ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain.
Mix all ingredients and ground beef in 13x9 baking dish. Cut up velveeta and place in mixture.
Cook 30-40 minutes. Stir to mix thoroughly when finished. Serve with tortilla chips
I have made with chicken too, and it's equally as good.
