Cook pasta as directed, adding peppers to boiling water last 2 minutes. Drain and return to pan. Stir in spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, sausage, parmesan and 1/4 cup of each shredded cheese.
Spoon into 8x8 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining shredded cheeses. Refrigerate overnight.
Heat oven to 375(F). Cover with foil. Bake 55 minutes until heated through, removing foil after 45 minutes.
