Shrimp in a cream sauce over pasta
melt butter in sauté pan. Add shallots, shrimp and thyme. Cook 2 minutes. Add wine and half of broth, bring to boil and simmer 2min. Remove shrimp. Continue to cook 10min. Add remaining broth, cream and pepper. Bring ot boil and simmer until thickened about 5 min. Return shrimp. Serve over pasta.
