Great side dish using herbs fresh or bottled
Heat oven to 425.
Cut mushrooms into quarters; place in large bowl. Add oil, hens, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Place on two 15x10 baking pans coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 425 for 9-11 minutes until tender. Transfer to bowl. Drizzle with vinegar; toss to coat.
