A recipe you can make ahead and cook it in the morning. Great leftover.

Fry sausage. saute Peppers until carmelized. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan or dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let set for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy. I make it the night before and take it to a carry-in. It is always a hit.
I use Jimmy Dean's hot sausage.
