Suggest a better descriptionCut potatoes and place in pot with a little water. Submerge potatoes in soy milk. Add sea salt and let liquid simmer out (foaming is natural). In separate pot pour olive oil and add garlic, let brown. Add cream cheese and herbs in oil. Add in potatoes, mash with masher or whisk. Plate and enjoy!
