I double this recipe and use a one inch dipper to make 6 dozen cookies.

Cream butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Add the peanut butter. Mix dry goods in another bowl . Slowly stir into creamed mixture. Use the one inch dipper to make a ball and place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Take a fork and dip it into a saucer of sugar. Press down on the balls in a criss cross fashion. Place in an oven at 350 degrees for13 to 15 minutes.
I often add a little extra peanut butter for a better flavor..
