Chicken Noodle soup
Place chicken in large stock pot and cover with broth and water. Add remaining ingredients except frozen noodles and bring to a boil. Cook until chicken is tender, approx. 1 - 1 1/2 hours. When chicken is done, remove from pot at set aside to cool slightly. Now add frozen noodles and bring back to a low simmer. Remove chicken from the bones and add back to simmering noodles. Cool until noodles are tender, approx. 25 minutes.
That's it, your done! Keeps well in refrigerator for 3 days.
