1a) In a large sauce pan over moderate heat, cook the ground beef (stirring constantly) to crumble until it loses its red color.
1b) Meanwhile - Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender (approx 9 mins).
2a) *Meat* - Stir in seasoning mix, tomato paste and water.
3a) *Meat* - Bring to a boil ... reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes (stir occasionally).
4) Drain macaronis and add to meat mixture.
5) Add corn and one cup of cheese ... Mix.
6) Add mixture to a 2-qt buttered/greased casserole bowl (medium bowl).
7) Add 2 cups of shredded cheese to cover top of casserole.
Bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
