Easy & delicious casserole that is wonderful comfort food after a long day or week!!
Cook entire package egg noodles. Brown ground meat. Use the 90% lean. While these are cooking, chop half of the onion into small pieces.
Preheat oven to 200(F) degrees.
Drain both noodles and meat. Mix meat, noodles, onion, and cans of tomato sauce together in pot. Then pour mixture into 9X12 casserole dish. Smooth top of mixture then place slices of Velveeta cheese over top of mixture until all is covered.
Place in oven about 15 - 20 minutes --- until cheese is melted and just beginning to bubble a bit. ENJOY!!
