in a large measuring jug(2 or more liters) add eggs and suger and beat with electric beater until light and frothy.
then add 600ml of double cream, nutmeg, cinnimon, vannila and rum flavors and pinch of salt. continue to beat untill fully mixed, not assuming that the double cream container is still on the counter refill with milk and then add to rest of mixture beat untill fully mixed
Now add the fisnished mixture to a large pot and slowly heat on lowest setting, cover for half and hour to 45 mins then remove from heat let stand till it cooles and then chell and enjoy!
tastes like proper east coast american eggnog!
