Mix sugar, butter, salt, and water. Add the beaten eggs and the yeast. Stir until blended. Add flour and work into a soft dough. Let rise until double size. Knead and let rise again. Shape into rolls (cloverleaf or pan style) and bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
