Got this recipe from my brother-in-law, John.
Saute in pan; butter, onion, mushrooms, red pepper, black pepper, cayenne, garlic, chicken (if you want to add chicken). Warm in large pot; the jars of Alfredo and Sundries tomatoes leaves. Combine together and simmer for an hour or two. 30 minutes before you eat add zucchini and squash. 5 minutes before you eat add cheese and shrimp. Serve over linguine noodles.
