For crust mix together ingredients. Take out 1 cup for crumb topping. Pat the rest in a greased 13x9 pan.
Spread fruit over crumb base. Then pour fillin g over evenly. Top with remaining crust crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
