Mix beans, corn, peppers, onion, celery, pimento, & jalapeño together in a large bowl.
Bring salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, water, and oil to a boil. Then cool.
Poor cooled syrup over bean mix. Marinate 24 hours.
Drain to serve. Serve with tortilla chips - scoop or bite-size.
