Suggest a better descriptionCombine graham crumbs, butter, brown sugar and flour. Spread into a 9x9 inch square pan with greased sides. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
Combine coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Spread on top of the graham cracker crumb mixture once removed from the oven. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges. Cool and then frost.
Frosting
Beat icing sugar, butter and cherry juice together and spread on top of squares. Cover tightly, refrigerate and leave at least one day in order to soften.
For a Christmas look you can add silver edible balls on top (bulk barn)
