A dessert with a very appetizing aspect
Beat the milk, the egg, the almond or the vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
Using a 2.5-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut two hearts from each slice of bread. Spread the mascarpone cheese on heart slices. Place a raspberry on each heart and press gently. Sprinkle the raspberries with powdered sugar. Cover each one with another heart of bread. Press on the bread to compact. Place each sandwich in the egg mixture. Allow to soak for a few seconds on each side. In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the sandwiches to the pan and cook until golden, about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Transfer the sandwiches to the plates. Decorate with raspberries powdered sugar.
