Suggest a better descriptionCombine potatoes, V8 juice, beet 1/2 of carrots, 1/2 of cabbage cover with water 1" above potatoes.
Boil until tender
Lift out and cube about 2-3 cups of potatoes & dice & set aside
****1/2 cup butter******
Cook rest until soft
Lift out beets and throw away
Mash the rest of potatoes with cream
Meanwhile
Fry onions, celery in 1/2 cup of better
Add 1/2 cabbage and 1/2 of carrots, tomatoes
Add green pepper last after the rest has sauteed awhile
When the above are tender
Combine gradually all with mashed potatoes in a large pot
Add dill
Enjoy
