Set grill to medium. Mix ranch, lemon juice, and cayenne in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat.
Start assembling the skewers by first adding a piece of bacon. Next, place a piece of chicken, and then weave bacon back over the skewer. Slide on a cherry tomato and then weave bacon back over skewer. Repeat this process with two pieces of bacon per skewer. Sprinkle salt and pepper on skewers.
Place a piece of foil on the grill and arrange skewers on it. Grill, flipping occasionally, for 8 minutes per side.
Drizzle ranch along the skewers and garnish with chives.
