Soak Skewers in water (this will prevent them from burning)
Clean and cut all ingredients into cubes about 2 inches square
Rub seasoning on meat
Fill Skewers with ingredients in any order.
I don’t like to put pineapple next to chicken as sometimes the juice changes the texture of the chicken
You may also marinade the meat but this also will change the texture of the meat. Glazing as it cooks is also an option for more flavor.
