Suggest a better description-Drain & cut yams into serving size pieces (or use 4 fresh yams, peeled, boiled & cut into serving-size pieces).
-In heavy skillet, melt butter and sugar. Add Kahlua; cook for 1minute.
-Add yams, turn until brown on all sides. Cover, reduce heat and cook for about 15 min., turning yams occasionally.
-Serve.
Recipe is easily doubled for lg family dinners.
Can be made day before and refrigerated. Optional, top with mini marshmallows & heat for 10 min at 350.
