-Drain & cut yams into serving size pieces (or use 4 fresh yams, peeled, boiled & cut into serving-size pieces).
-In heavy skillet, melt butter and sugar. Add Kahlua; cook for 1minute.
-Add yams, turn until brown on all sides. Cover, reduce heat and cook for about 15 min., turning yams occasionally.
Recipe is easily doubled for lg family dinners.
Can be made day before and refrigerated. Optional, top with mini marshmallows & heat for 10 min at 350.
