FOR PASTRY: In a bowl, mix flour and margerine. sift with fingers till flor mixture looks like fine sand. Add water slowly. Mix and knead into ball until no longer sticky. Place in freezer for at least 1 hour.
FOR STUFFING: Fry bacon in pan. Remove rashers and chop. In same pan, fry onions, garlic, sausage, leek, chive. Add kale and 2 cubes butter. Add cheese. Take off heat and allow to cool. In separate bowl, whisk eggs and stir in milk. Pour mixture into kale mix.
TO MAKE TARTLET; Remove pastry from freezer. Roll out on flat surface into circle 1/8 inch thick. Cut out mini disks roughly 5 inch diametre. Fit into biscuit tray. Spoon kale mixture into each mould. Turn on oven to 160°C and bake for 30 mins.
