Suggest a better description1. Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat, and melt the butter (not oil).
2. Once butter is melted, add kale to the pan. Add a splash of water or chicken broth if the pan starts to dry.
3. Saute over medium-high heat for a few minutes, until leaves wilt and stems are fork tender.
4. Add lemon juice and a splash of wine, saute a little longer.
5. Serve hot.
