Good on fish or chicken or folded into a risotto style dish
toss the kale in olive oil and roast at 350 about 5 minutes until slightly roasted but not super crisp.
Cool completely.
Put it all in a cuisinart and burr it up.
Cheese gets added when making the risotto so it can be a dairy free dish.
