Suggest a better descriptionMix dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add washed, cut kale and toss well to coat. Let sit for 20 minutes or so if possible. Add pecans, cherries, and goat cheese and serve.
Notes: dried cranberries are a good substitute for cherries. Good without goat cheese if there's already dairy in the rest of the meal. Dressing is a tad sweet--either up the vinegar or reduce honey. Leftovers keep well (but I'd leave some nuts aside if planning leftovers and add at the last minute).
