Simple and delicious kale salad

Wash and cut kale into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large bowl (or use a large pot to mix).
Sprinkle yeast over kales and give it some time to seep into kale.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk together all of the liquid ingredients and the minced garlic.
Gently pour liquid over the kale and toss!
Serve
Simple and easy. Liquid aminos and nutritional yeast can be found at health food stores.
