Small white corn bread
Use a 6 Quart kettle, add 5 quarts of water, bring to a boil. Compine flour, beans,and boiling water to form corn bread. Add a little more boiling water as needed for a consistency of wet clay. Kip hands in cold water to form bread, as dough is hot. form dough ball using a 1 1/4 ouce scoop. Flatten into small wheel and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.
