1) In a small bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In a large bowl, mix the ketchup, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire, lemon juice, steak sauce, molasses, honey, hot sauce, and brown sugar.
2) Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the onions and crushed garlic and sauté until the onions are clear. Add the dry spices and stir. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes with the lid off.
3) Taste and adjust.
